**Job description**:
**We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about providing personalised care and support to our service user.**

**We are offering £150 welcome bonus for this position** **Terms and conditions apply**

By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a pleasant teenage boy in Ormskirk.

During the day, you will support his learning and development within his educational setting. At night, you will create a calming environment to ensure a restful sleep. Your role is to provide specialist care, staying alert and vigilant to manage his care needs as they arise.

**This isn't just a job - it's a chance to have a significant impact on a young person's life.**

**Please note, our service users family have specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.**

**Pay Rates**:

- £14.00 - £16.50 per hour
- Approx. £168.00 - £198.00 (per 12-hour day shift)
- Approx. £145.00 - £165.00 (per 10-hour night shift)

**Shifts Available**:

- Full Time Days
- Monday to Friday (8am - 8pm & 8am - 4:30pm)
- Saturdays (8am - 8pm)
- Sundays (8am - 12pm)
- Part Time Nights (10pm - 8am)
- 2 shifts per week
- Alternate weekends are needed for this position

**Essential Experience**:

- 3 months previous care experience
- Medication administration
- Personal care
- Moving and handling
- Pet friendly (Our service user does have a family pet dog)
- Clear communication skills
