Join our Social Video team as a **Junior Video Editor**, and help us create scroll-stopping, trend-savvy videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat. You’ll collaborate closely with senior editors to deliver high-volume, high-quality social-first content.

**What You'll Do**
- Craft and edit engaging short-form content for multiple social platforms—ensuring optimised aspect ratios, subtitles, and platform-specific nuances
- Execute rapid turnarounds on multiple edits daily to keep content fresh and timely
- Adapt content to each social network using your storytelling flair and attention to pacing
- Learn on the job: receive direction from senior editors and support your workflow with creativity and precision

**What We’re Looking For -**

At least **1 year** of video editing experience - whether through professional roles or personal projects

**Skills: -**

Proficient in **Adobe Premiere Pro**
- Basic InDesign**:After Effects** and **Photoshop** a plus
- Sharp **storytelling instincts**, pacing, and editorial judgment
- Excellent **organisation** and the ability to manage multiple projects under time pressure
- Strong **communication and teamwork** skills
- A genuine **passion** for social media and video culture
- Open to feedback and eager to **learn from senior colleagues**

**At LADbible Group we've rolled out blended working which means the majority of departments across the business (including London, Manchester and International offices) work in the office 3 days per week.
