Here at GXO Logistics we’re looking for an experienced CI Manager to operate as part of the leadership team in our Retail Business unit, where you’ll lead CI initiatives and projects for key customers such as M&S, JD GO Outdoors and Currys.

This is predominantly a Monday to Friday role - 37.5 hours per week however we ask for a level of flexibility, and the willingness to travel to different sites within your remit.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £60,000 per annum plus a company car or car allowance. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday pay (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts,as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.

**What you’ll do on a typical day as**:

- Develop and implement a CI deployment strategy to support a culture of CI in the business
- Identify cost savings and efficiencies by utilising resources and exploiting operational synergies
- Understand the operation and implement processes and systems to deliver objectives, playing an active part in the site ethos and strategy
- Support operational compliance to a contractual agreement through technical and operational management as required
- Support and implement account strategy for business growth

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:
