**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet patients warmly as they arrive and assist them with check-in procedures.
- Manage appointment scheduling, including booking, rescheduling, and confirming appointments.
- Handle patient inquiries via phone and in person, providing information about services and procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with data protection regulations.
- Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries with professionalism.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Ensure the reception area is organised, tidy, and welcoming for patients.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative or office role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Proficient in using office software and dental practice management systems.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing patient records and appointments.
- A compassionate attitude towards patients, demonstrating empathy and understanding at all times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From £11.95 per hour
