**Beverage Developer**
This is a chance to join a well known international supplier of flavours and specialty ingredients to the food and drink industry.
A family owned business who have seen strong YOY growth with a huge export market. The business works across all food and drink categories and the fastest growing of this is the beverage market.
This role will work within the innovation team to support customers on NPD concepts and develop novel beverages utilising the ingredients/flavours for markets across the world.
**The Role**:
- Support both internal and external customers with NPD.
- Manage proactive/blue sky innovation projects on trend presentations, functional ingredients, health & wellness, low and no alcohol etc.
- Keep up to date with trends around the world to inspire novel beverage concepts.
- Work on all beverage categories - alcoholic, carbonates, juices, RTDs, functional beverages, beers etc.
- Experience working in liquid development.
- Experience working in manufacturing (brand or contract bottler) with an understanding of scale up would be of interest.
- Recipe development in a variety of beverage types.
