Insolvency Fee Earner

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Legal Executive to join a leading Legal 500 law firms Insolvency Litigation team based in Beverley, East Yorkshire. Our client is a successful and large modern practice with offices across Lincolnshireand East Yorkshire and have been recognised and accredited by various associations across the country. The role:

- Maximising departmental profitability by supporting the firm's Insolvency Practitioners, Partners and Solicitors
- This will include handling a broad range of Personal Insolvency Litigation and Corporate Insolvency Litigation matters
- From time to time, you can expect to be assisting in the firm's training initiatives and schemes where appropriate
- Ideally, you will have previous experience as Fee Earner within Insolvency Litigation however those with solid litigation experience with an interest in this area of law are encouraged to apply
- You will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise your work accordingly
- The firm are looking for someone to build their experience and succeed within this role as well as commit to the wider development of the firm
