Call Handler

**“Call Handler, Customer Service, Helpdesk Operator”**

Medica is a vibrant and rapidly growing provider of telehealth services, who are now seeking a professional and enthusiastic individual to join our NightHawk team.

28 hours per week - Shifts 16:45-00:45 and 00:30-08:30

4 days on/ 4 days off

Salary - up to £17,000

**Job Role**:
This is an exciting opportunity to join an energetic team focusing on top quality service and support for our clients and Radiologists.

In this role you will be acting as Medica’s primary point of contact as a part of the Service Delivery NightHawk team, working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties will include speaking with clients and engaging with Radiologists, carrying out support and administrative tasks.

This is a great chance for someone who enjoys working in a team, with a professional telephone manner, excellent communication skills and thrives in pressurised moments.
