We’re expanding and growing our EE and BT campaigns and we need to grow our **Quality and Compliance **team as well.

**What will I be doing?**
- Working alongside sales teams by listening to sales calls with customers and marking this using our compliance metrics
- Using all of the great skills we’ve taught you, you’ll be able to coach and develop staff through your constructive feedback as we always aim to provide the best experience for our customers.
- On occasion, once trained up, you'll be providing 121 or group led training to new and existing staff members to update them on their compliance or any changes in processes.
- Supporting the Quality lead with any ad-hoc work such as order checks, spot checks or reviewing customer feedback.

**Salary**: Up to £9.54 per hour
