Reablement Care Assistant- Cherwell

We are looking for experienced and reliable healthcare workers to support us with our reablement service across the **Cherwell area (Banbury, Bicester, Kidlington and surrounding areas).
Working a mixture of early shifts (7am
- 3pm) and late shifts (2pm-10pm), fully paid travel time with 30p per mile paid mileage between visits.

You will need hands on experience working within a care setting and be confident enough to follow a care plan to support clients who you may not have met previously
**Duties include, but are not limited to;**
- Having the confidence to complete assessments with new clients following discharge from hospital
- Supporting clients to regain independence with tasks, such as personal care, toileting, meal preparation and medication
- Recording and reporting changes clearly and concisely, keeping the Home First updated on improvements in abilities allowing ongoing assessment of the suitability of the proposed care
- Building strong working relationships with clients, colleagues and the Home First team
- Being adaptive and responsive to changes in needs

- £26,000 per year based on a 40 hour a week contract working a mixture of early and late shift

**We can also offer;**
- 50-hour contract with a salary of £32,500
- 30-hour contract with a salary of £19,500
