**The role**
This role is office based in the incredible Huckletree creative workspace in Manchester Ancoats and we offer flexible working hours.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Holding first interviews, either in person or via video call.
- General administration of the recruitment process i.e. interview confirmation, rejection letters, feedback.
- Liaising with new starters upon offer of employment, producing and sending contracts of employment, requesting references and coordinating new starter set-up on system.
- Arranging and booking training, keeping training records up to date.
- Resolve issues as fast as possible (e.g. interview cancellations)
- Assist with new hire onboarding & induction plans.
- Updating and maintaining an HR database.
**What you’ll need**:
- Experience in an HR administration, although HR Qualification is a not essential.
- Experience using HR systems and recruitment software.
- Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Problem-solving ability.
- An understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
- A genuine enthusiasm to be part of a team that has a positive impact of the health & wellbeing of communities.
