**Project Coordinator/Administrator** **The Chalfonts, Amersham and Chesham - travel across our shaft project sites** **Permanent** We are recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join our Shafts team. We are constructing 5 Ventilation Shafts at Chalfont St. Peter, Chalfont St. Giles, Amersham, Little Missenden and Chesham. Each complex Shaft depth is between 35m-65m with diaphragm wallsup to 80m deep with headhouses at each location. **Your role** - Co-ordinate with Site Delivery Teams to order PPE, assist with facilities issues, ordering of plant and equipment. You’ll also be the interface between across our Shaft supply chain, subcontractors, facilities and catering - Organise office maintenance and any repairs, ordering office supplies, and be responsible for updating Site Incident Controller (SIC) - information including (spitfire) - Lead Shaft Teams with Considerate Contractors Scheme for each of shaft sites from organising meetings to input into review meetings - Liaise with South Portal and Main Health/Safety and Environment Teams to organise culture development programmes, to events and stand downs. **About you** You will have demonstrable experience of working in a similar role with strong organisational and strong IT skills (Microsoft Packages - Excel, Word) You’ll have strong communication skills, be a strong collaborator and relationship builder with effective stakeholder management skills. You’ll also hold a full UK Driving Licence. **About us** The construction of the Chiltern tunnels and Colne Valley Viaduct are two of the most eye-catching and challenging engineering projects on the HS2 route. Align is the joint venture created to achieve this task - we've created one integrated team of specialistsfrom three partners with global reputations: Bouygues Travaux Publics, VolkerFitzpatrick and Sir Robert McAlpine. Shaft depth between 35m-65m with diaphragm walls up to 80m deep. Headhouses at each location.
