Job Title: CNC Inspection/Quality Control (CMM Machine)

Location: Bristol Road, Gloucester

Pay: Up to £28,392 Per Annum - Weekly Pay

Contract: Permanent - Full Time

Our modern facility houses a reliable and ever evolving plant list which includes state-of-the-art technology and machining Centre from companies such as Leadwell, Mori-Seiki and Doosan, complemented by Fanuc control systems and Renishaw probing.

We are quality certified in line with ISO 9001/2015 and adhere to all best practices when undertaking subcontract work. This ethos and quality control maintain our trusted and long relationships with our clients and contracts.

**Experience**:

- Creation of programs for automated measurement using CMM’s and non-contact scanner
- First off, in process and final inspection
- Sub-contract inspection
- Visual and mechanical inspection using a wide range of metrology equipment including CMM’s
- First Article inspection reports
- Accurately reporting of non-conformance
- A solid Understanding of engineering drawings, geometric tolerancing & production Knowledge specifications is required.
- Experienced CMM programmer of complex machined parts with good understanding of CMM software.
- Organized working to timescales.

Working hours: Monday - Thursday / 7AM - 4.00PM Fridays/ 7am - Midday

Pay: Weekly
