We are seeking a Research Delivery Lead to manage leads and supervise a team of Clinical Research Nurses, Clinical Research Practitioners (CRP’s), and Research Therapists on the development and running of clinical research studies within their specialist field. Strong leadership is key whilst drawing on research delivery knowledge and experience to ensure effective research delivery for both commercial and academic studies (observational as well as complex interventional studies).
KMPT’s Clinical Research Delivery team supports a wide variety of research studies in both Mental Health and Dementia and has an excellent track record in recruiting to time and target.
The post requires self-motivation and enthusiasm, coupled with the ability to inspire others, solve problems, influence change, and communicate effectively at all levels.
The Research Delivery Lead will provide effective leadership for the Clinical Research Team and be responsible for leading the delivery of safe and effective clinical research to an agreed quality, performance, and financial framework whilst providing a high-quality service.
Development of KMPT’s Mental Health and Dementia Portfolio of Research Activity.
To be responsible for providing leadership, support, training and education
To demonstrate specialist knowledge whilst acting as a resource and role model
To be accountable and responsible for the standards of care provided by the Clinical Research Team and for ensuring that the clinical aspects of all research undertaken safeguards the wellbeing of patients and is conducted according to the ICH Good Clinical Practice Guidelines for Research.
