Insulation Supervisor

**Insulation Supervisor, [Salary Rate based upon Experience]**

In this role, company transport will be provided and you will receive continual development opportunities to improve technical knowledge. You will work with award-winning housebuilders like [Taylor Wimpey, Bellway Homes, Barratt Homes, Redrow, Strata, Miller Homes and many many more].

You will:

- Proactively control and maintain high health and safety standards through conducting SHE site inspections and communicating with staff at the depot.
- Conduct quality inspections on installations, support in training staff and supervise installation staff to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve depot targets and complete monthly compliance reports to the Depot Manager recognising the importance of procedures and standards.
- Liaise with management at all levels of the business, assist with planning and proactively take on additional responsibilities where appropriate.
- Fleet management ensuring vehicles are serviced and well-maintained.

In this role, you will need a CSCS card and a valid UK driving license. It is preferred that you have experience driving 3.5 tonnage vans or a **C1 qualification** on your license, but not a deal breaker.

Pay: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
