Sales Administrator

Lakes Speciality Foods is a catering butchers based in Staveley (LA8 9NH), selling meat and cheese (with our sister Company The Cheese Larder) to businesses throughout the North West.
Main duties will include
- Liaising with sales reps, customers and dispatch personnel to ensure accurate and timely input of information to maximise business efficiency.
- Inputting and maintaining all customer and product pricing records.
- Reviewing and actioning order flows, in line with existing stock levels and customer requirements.
- Dealing with customer enquiries.
- Producing and reviewing daily/weekly/monthly reports and distributing this information to the sales team and the Directors
Essential skills
- A minimum of 2 years' recent experience in an Administrator role.
- High level of computer literacy, proficient on all Microsoft Office programs and ability to learn new bespoke systems.
- An excellent communicator.
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent attention to detail, able to work accurately and efficiently.
- Must be well organised with the ability to respond promptly and have experience of working to targets/deadlines.
