**We have a fantastic new vacancy for a Breakfast Food and Beverage Supervisor in the excellent Clayton Hotel Leeds.**

You will be joining a well established and forward thinking motivated team, in the largest Hotel in Yorkshire. With 334 bedrooms and 9 Meeting Rooms with the capacity to serve over 700 guests for breakfast and 400 for Lunch you will always be kept busy.

**Objective of the Role**

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, the Breakfast F&B Supervisor will provide a friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Supervise your breakfast team during the breakfast service.
- Supervising the Bar area & Team where required
- Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly using their name.
- Ensure a good working knowledge of our food offerings. Be able to make recommendations.
- Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
- Up-sell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
- Supervising the day to day running of the Conference Team

**Requirements**:

- Previous hotel experience in a 3/4 star hotel property is desired but not essential.
- Previous experience in a high volume/ fast paced environment.
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
- Micros Experience would be preferable.
