Job Introduction
** Site Administrator - bravoauto Burton**
- (part time with flexible hours but preferably 4 hours per day Mon - Fri)_

Accountable for delivering a high level of administration efficiency and accuracy, assisting the site and the site accountant with their administration activities. The role requires a professional outlook as the roles purpose means that you are generally the key point of contact for the colleagues on the site, whilst operating in a customer facing environment.

Main Responsibilities
- Ensure the site achieves high standards of administration accuracy. Completing compliance, stock and Idealfile system checks to ensure standards are achieved.
- Undertakes all site related orders, ensuring internal compliance with the purchase order and general ordering procedures.
- Assist the sales team with customer based sales administration including the scanning of vehicle documents such as V5, service history etc.
- Help the retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency and cost control. Utilise feedback
- Ensure relevant compliance is in accordance with company and industry policies and guidelines
- Customer Focus
- Naturally interacts with customers professionally, adhere to standards and create a friendly ambience
- Listens effectively, communicate clearly with customers in a blended environment
- A promoter to the importance of quality by using Inchcape’s customer journey every time
- Uses every contact with a customer to build sustainable relationships, ensuring they are a fan
- Always answers the phone in a timely manner ensuring standards are met every time

- Can manage stock allocation resource effectively and inform management on gaps
