Our client, a Cambridge College is seeking to appoint a **Research & Database Manager**to build the foundation for a capital campaign.

**Research and Database Manager**
**Hours**:Part Time, 21 hours per week, 5.25 hours per day, 4 days a week, or other pattern to be discussed.
**Salary**:up to £22,351 per annum part time (£39,380 FTE per annum) dependent on experience and qualifications

Founded by an entrepreneur philanthropist who never went to university, this college began life as a start-up college. Now approaching its first half-century, they have reached a tipping point as its alumni and supporter community grows in size and maturityand the College is financially secure. The college is making plans for a dynamic future that will include a major capital campaign, and the support of their alumni and donors will be crucial to their success.

The Research & Database Manager will have an opportunity to contribute to that success by shaping and delivering the College’s prospect research strategy, supporting all aspects of the fundraising programme and managing the prospect pipeline. The post holderwill also maintain the integrity of the College’s alumni database, a vital tool that underpins every aspect of the Development programme.

Reporting to the Director of Development, the role requires strong organisational skills and an ability to work on many projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment. They are looking for a highly motivated, creative individual with excellent attentionto detail, who will relish the opportunity this role represents.
