JOB TITLE: Construction (Non-contentious) Lawyer
PQE REQUIRED: 2-6 years’ PQE

THE ROLE:
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an additional Construction Solicitor to join this leading law firm in London. The successful Construction Solicitor will be responsible for advising on a wide range of construction matters including contract draftingand advisory work on matters not exclusively to development issues. The client base crosses a variety of sectors including offices, logistics, industrial, high-end residential, healthcare and mixed-use.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Construction Solicitors with between 2-6 years’ PQE gained with another leading law firm. You will have sound construction experience and be able to work on your initiative to assist the busy construction team. It is essential thatthe appointed Construction Solicitor has exceptional inter-personal and communication skills and works well under pressure and to tight deadlines. You will be encouraged to work autonomously and given the opportunity to develop existing client relationshipsto help you develop your experience and career.
