**Ferguson Resource Group Ltd is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant, to be based at our beautiful rural office located in Hornby, Lancaster.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Source top-tier talent through various methods.
- Source new clients.
- Understand client needs and provide exceptional recruitment services.
- Conduct interviews and assessments.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- Proven recruitment experience.
- Strong knowledge of best practices.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and social media platforms.

**What we offer**:

- Salary: £25k - £30k PA depending on experience + Uncapped OTE (£60k) plus other incentives
- Continued professional development.
- Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9.00 - 17.00
- Holidays: 30 days which increases with length of service +1day extra for your birthday.

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
