**An exciting opportunity has arisen here at Edwards Cleaning**

We are looking for experienced mobile commercial cleaners to join the team in the Newcastle area

We cover over 100 sites across the area ranging from doctors, dentists, schools, colleges, offices, factories, car showrooms and much more

**Responsibilities**
- Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, office cleaning etc)
- Regular touch point cleaning
- Travelling from site to site to help with cover / absences, holidays
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Stock and maintain supply room
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations and follow COSHH procedures

**Skills**

Proven working experience as a commercial cleaner
Ability to handle cleaning equipment
Knowledge of COSHH

We are able to guarantee a minimum of 20 hours, (Flexible hours from week to week depending on where cover is needed).

**We pay a generous rate of £10.60 per hour plus 37p per mile to cover your fuel costs (Fuel is paid weekly, tax free)**

**Requirements**:
Must have your own transport due to the nature of the position

DBS preferred.

**This is a permanent position**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £10.60 per hour

- Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
- DBS (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
