**Salary**: £35,000.00
**Shift**:Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide appropriate administrative support to the Retail Operations senior leadership team.
- Communicate with Retail Operations senior leadership, schedule meetings, and arrange meeting agendas
- Coordinate business communications including the production of insightful slide decks for both internal communication cascade and wider stakeholder updates
- Attend meetings, recording actions and reporting back delivery, as required
- Working closely with the Retail Operations leadership team to understand and support common objectives and keep alignment
- Support, manage and communicate project initiatives
- Manage and lead any ad-hoc projects assigned to you, producing reports detailing the results of those assigned
- Working closely with each of the Retail Operations leadership team to understand and support common objectives and keep alignment
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and wider business teams
- Arranging business dinners and social events

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- 3-5 years relevant professional experience
- Expert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience in an executive-level support role with demonstrated record of accomplishments
- Impeccable attention to detail and quality of work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discernment and respect for confidentiality
