**Location: Remote (UK) or Hybrid (Surrey or Manchester)**

Due to high demand from our Leading Technology and FTSE100 clients, Gibbs Hybrid is seeking an experienced recruiter to join our team, you can be from any sector but you must be passionate about recruiting at the highest level and willing to learn Technologyand Professional Services Recruitment from a team of highly skilled recruiters.

As an experienced Recruiter, you will support the busy account team with technology, infrastructure, and other SME roles including HR, Procurement, and Service Centre. You will also become an SME for IT-related roles including Project Management, DevOps,Developers, Architects and BAs, etc.

In return, you will work with an experienced friendly & helpful team that encourages growth and provides genuine support.

**Role responsibilities include**:

- Resource, screen and submit CVs to the account team - quality at speed.
- Support the wider Delivery & Fulfilment function with delivery to other clients on an ad hoc basis.
- Be aware of overall delivery against contractual Service Level Agreements.
- Ensure the delivery of quality resources to meet both the cultural and 'talent’ needs of customers.
- Upholding customer and Gibbs values always.
- Ensure all search activity is being optimised effectively to meet targets, utilising appropriate search management, internal database, media, and online advertising tools.
- Adopt a strong knowledge of the current market and strive for continuous improvement by an ongoing review of market availability, legislation, changes to technology, methods of attraction, resourcing tools, etc.
- Willingness to work outside of core hours to ensure delivery to the account team if necessary.

**Experience Required**
- Previous experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment in the UK
- A strong mindset with the ability to multi-task and outperform competitors.
- Tenacious and resilient.
- Proven track record of successful delivery
- Previous experience in sourcing contractors for large global clients
- Meets core values of the company.
