As a family run home, we offer a friendly and comfortable place of residence and provide compassionate care you would expect from a member of your own family. A relaxed, friendly atmosphere is the first thing you will notice when you visit Littlebourne House.

We are a residential care home specialising in elderly care and Dementia. The majority of our residents live here on a permanent basis but we also offer respite care.

**Responsibilities**
- Administering medication
- Update documentation i.e. care plans/risk assessment on Care Management System
- Leading and supporting junior care staff
- You are required to facilitate and undertake care needs of residents
- Carryout supervisions for the Care Team
- Undertake weekly GP round

**Skills/Requirements**:

- You are required to have the basic desire to care.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Caring nature
- Strong team member.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Supervisory skills
- Reliable and punctual.
- Good people management skills.
- Knowledge of CQC requirements

**Working Hours**
- As per rota, days and nights
