The Mental Health/Learning Disabilities Division is looking to appoint experienced administrators for various roles across the division.
The post holder will be expected to provide effective and comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the multi-disciplinary clinical professionals and work as part of an admin team with the provision of cross-cover as and when required for Teams/Services in order to ensure adequate admin service provision.
This post will be based across the Memory Service in Colwyn Bay and Llandudno.
To support the co-ordination of the administration arrangements to provide a high quality supportive secretarial service to the Mental Health & Learning Disabilities clinical, administrative and management teams. To work independently and be accountable for organising/prioritising own workload to ensure deadlines are achieved. To support the facilitation of the patients along a defined pathway by following referral procedures.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
