**Hourly Rate**: £10.00 per hour

**Job Type**: Temporary ongoing contract

**Location**:Coventry

**Working Hours**: Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays 5:00pm - 9:00pm, plus 8 hours Sundays

**Start Date**: ASAP

Are you currently looking for part time work? Do you have logistics / transport administration OR strong administration experience? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? Are you a strong communicator? Then this role might be for you, workingas a Despatch Coordinator you will become an integral part of the business, ensuring the smooth running of the business.

**The main role and responsibilities of theDespatch Coordinator will include, but no limited to**;
- Organising shipments of goods
- Managing documents and agreements
- Producing delivery manifests
- General administration
- Organise and producing shippers' labels
- Updating systems

**Key Skills and Experiencerequired**:

- Strong communicator
- Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Packages
- Maths and English GCSE grade c or above
- A flexible work approach
- Excellent communicator

Please note: This role will require 1 - 2 weeks training between 8.00am until 4.00pm Monday to Friday prior to your evening and weekend shift rota commencing
