**Salary**: Full Time circa £30,000 + per annum
Daily rate £99.90 + VAT= £119.88
+ Bonus of up to £27/day

Based at Eurocentral, we're looking for Self-Employed Multi-Drop parcel delivery drivers to help us service customers predominantly in the nearby Hamilton, East Kilbride, Newton Mearns areas.
By joining an established 2.0 team you’ll be benefitting from the knowledge and support of an experienced squad of drivers to teach you the role and quickly bring you up to speed.

The TGKL role:

- Short stem times - Start deliveries within 20 minutes of leaving depot
- Away from the busy city centre
- Full-Time, Part-Time or Casual hours

What's involved?
- Planned local routes (Planned at 9 hours, experienced drivers normally complete routes much faster)
- Routes are supported by all members of our excellent team so nobody ever fails
- Routes are prepared for you to load and go. (Parcels are already loaded into large sacks for storing onto the vehicle.
- Paid training onsite & on road.
- Paid weekly 2 weeks in arrears on submission of weekly invoice.
- Flexible working days to suit your circumstances.
- 3-Tiered bonus scheme of up to £27/day based on driver performance

We're Looking For:

- Previous experience working within a courier company
- Exceptional customer service delivering smiles to customers
- Attention to detail to ensure deliveries are completed in full and as planned
- A dedicated, positive, can-do and flexible attitude to service demands
- Ability to work on your own initiative whilst being a part of the TGK team.
- Resilience and determination - It's hard workday in and day out and only those with the right mind-set and work ethic is desired.
- Reliability - We do not let our customers down so we're looking for truly dependable people. Only those prepared to commit fully on a consistent basis should consider this role.
- Good communication and fluent in English

What's required from you?
- Preferably a clean UK/EU/EEA driving licence (no more than 6 penalty points)
- Over 21 years old for insurance purposes
- Able to pass a Background Check/Drug & Alcohol test - (Paid for)
- Able to commit to 2 days paid onsite training and on-road training prior to 'Go-Live' commencement date
- Reasonable fitness and able to lift up to a max of 20Kg (though majority of parcels are much lighter)
- 'Right To Work' in the UK status
- Self-employed/sole trader status. (This is not an Amazon or TGK Logistics employee role)
- A strong work ethic

Although being a Self-Employed Driver means handling things like your own Finances, invoicing, tax, insurances etc, you won't be on your own. We have nominated VAR partners who will 'hand-hold' and guide you all the way through the set-up process if you aren't already up and running. We'll facilitate contact on your behalf and it's then up to you to deal with them direct. TGK Logistics Scotland Ltd commits to paying your invoices promptly on a weekly basis.
