*Job Overview*

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Dispenser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately dispensing medications and providing exceptional customer service to our patients. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that patients receive the correct medications and advice, contributing to their overall health and wellbeing.

*Responsibilities*
- Accurately dispense prescription medications and over-the-counter products.
- Provide clear instructions to patients regarding medication usage and potential side effects.
- Maintain organised records of prescriptions and patient information.
- Assist customers with inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to resolve any prescription-related issues.
- Handle phone calls professionally, addressing customer queries with courtesy and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards of practice.

*Skills*
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent time management abilities to ensure timely service delivery.
- Basic maths skills for accurate medication dosage calculations.
- Exceptional phone etiquette to provide a professional experience for callers.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both patients and colleagues.

The hours would be 17:00-21:00 Monday - Friday, with one Saturday 09:00-18:00 a month. There is an option of doing more Saturdays.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
