**About Jump 360 Newcastle**:
Jump 360 Newcastle is a fun filled trampoline and inflatable park located in Benton.


Our Trampoline Park Supervisors (Court marshals) supervise and look after our customers whilst they are using our inflatable activity areas. They are the key to ensuring customers have a fun and safe visit with us. Think of yourselves as an trampoline lifeguard who is there to ensure all jumpers are being safe as well as having the best possible time. Please note marshals are required to be able to work school holidays and most weekends.

**Tasks**:
Your responsibilities will include:

- Greet and assist customers entering the trampoline arena
- Administer the safety briefing and explain the rules for each area of the park
- Monitoring the trampoline areas and ensuring that all customers are using the equipment safely and bouncing within their ability.
- Monitoring customer’s wristbands to ensure they are on the correct session
- Attend to any injured visitors within your designated area (and clearing the court and alerting management for a first aider if necessary)
- Helping with close down cleaning schedules at the end of the day.
- At times you may be required to assist in other duties as required i.e. potwash, clearing tables in the upstairs viewing area, toilet checks etc.

**Skills Needed**:

- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Able to provide exceptional customer service
- Health & Safety knowledge
- Leadership & Ability to Work as part of a team
- Ability to speak in front of large groups

**Experience**:
Previous work experience involving face-to-face customer interaction and customer service in a fast paced/ leisure environment would be advantageous. Any first aid qualifications would also be beneficial (but not essential).
