**The Role**

**Through further planned growth, this leading Top 100 UK firm are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Corporate Senior Associate/ Managing Associate to join Southampton**

The Corporate Team has gone from strength to strength, competing with the larger Top 50 UK practices.

Whilst they provide a range of services to their clients, and there is opportunity to undertake a variety of matters; the Corporate team operate in a number of specialist sectors.

In line with strategic growth, they are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their Entrepreneurs & Start Ups team.
- M&A
- MBOs,
- JVs
- Investment agreements

This opportunity comes with plenty of scope for further progression, with client contact from the outset and a platform for you to develop your own reputation within this sector.

The Head of Corporate (Start Ups) will personally oversee your progression and development within the firm, offering mentor, advice and support to ensure you become an industry leader.

If you are a Corporate Lawyer lacking Support, Autonomy, Interesting Clients, Recognition, Progression or Reward - this is one for you

**You will be**:

- An experienced Corporate Associate/ Senior Associate/ Managing Associate or LD with 4PQE +
- Experienced in managing your own varied caseload of matters
- Confident in a client facing role
- Interested to work with enthusiastic and interesting Entrepreneurs & Start Ups
