The Falls Assessment & Education Service comprises a Clinical Team Lead, Clinical Specialist Physiotherapists, Health and Exercise Practitioners and team Administrator. You will be involved with working alongside our existing administrator, responding to patient queries, booking appointments and operating patient booking systems.
- Possess the ability to prioritise their own workload within a tight deadline together with their co-workers.
- Work well within a team and on their own.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have good organisational skills.
- Demonstrate flexibility together with good attention to detail
- You must be able to deal with sensitive information and interact with patients to deal with their enquiries.
- Knowledge of SystmOne is an advantage but not essential.
