**Job Title: Mortgage Administrator**

**Location: Weybridge**

**Salary: £25k - £30k**

My client, a well-established real estate company with multiple offices are currently looking to grow their mortgage team with a mortgage administrator. They are looking for an experienced mortgage administrator for an immediate start. You will be supporting a few experienced advisors for pre and post-sale support. Experience of whole of market Mortgage Admin is essential. This would suit an administrator who have their eyes on progressing to be a mortgage Mortgage Broker.

**Experience required for a Mortgage Administrator to come on board;**
- Some mortgage administration experience is necessary.
- Experience with keying in on lender portals is ideal.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

**Mortgage Administrator Duties;**
- Provide an effective and efficient support service to the department and dedicated consultants.
- You will be expected to some basic advisor duties, such as outbound calls to the company's current clients to see if people are ready for renewing.

**Benefits as a Mortgage Administrator;**
- Basic salary between 25K-30K depending on experience
- Monday - Friday, no weekends
- Progression into a Mortgage Advisor position
