This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading global FMCG business, in a key role where you will develop the EMEA Procurement function within a fast paced, innovative and creative business. Working collaboratively with the global Procurement teams, youwill have significant experience in Procurement of Marketing Services together with team management skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Procurement processes and category management sourcing activities for the EMEA region with focus on Marketing Services together with some other Indirect spend categories
- Manage and develop the EMEA procurement team of analyst and buyers.
- Procurement process Lead for European cross functional teams driving cost, quality, service, technology, and innovation efficiencies
- Build and develop meaningful relationships with key Business stakeholders to support on-going and future sourcing activities
- Develop and manage end-to-end RFI/ RFPs
- Develop recommendations to the Global Procurement Leadership team to support strategic improvements and increase Global Procurement engagement across key categories
- Ensure Procurement Operations processes are aligned with Global Procurement policy
- Conduct spend analysis for the region and identify further opportunities

**Skills and Experience**:

- Strategic Sourcing and Category Management experience within Marketing Procurement
- Experience of working within a fast-paced FMCG/Retail business
- Team leadership skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proven track record of building both internal and external relationships at all levels
- Strong ability to influence
- Project management skills
- Proficient in Power Point & Excel, analysis
- BA/BS (Business, Finance, and/or Operations/Supply Chain preferred)
