**Kitchen and Interiors Sales Designer - Cambridge**
**Is the role right for you?**
You will be working from a high end showroom in Cambridge, designing kitchens and other interiors.
The targets are realistic for the kitchen values, and although the role is focussed on the customer journey and taking time to design what they're asking for down to the finest detail, this is ultimately a sales targeted role.
**Are you right for the role?**
Looking for an experienced kitchen designer.
Someone who is a consultative sales person and who can close the sale at the right time.
Someone who can deal with long sales cycles and high end products.
You should demonstrate a flair for design, an eye for detail and a creative approach to selling.
Motivated and enthusiastic with excellent communication and organisational skills.
Have a good knowledge of CAD Design software, plus MS Office including Word and Excel (Easy Quote is desirable too).
Presentable and able to represent the brand accurately to its high end clientele.
**And the working hours?**
Working 5 days over 6, no Sundays and 2 Saturdays a month on average.
**How about the package**?
Open to discuss the package you are on, and understand the move needs to be worthwhile for you as well as them. They balance the basic and commission to be fair to the current team, so it could be anywhere from £25-35,000 Basic, with an OTE of £40-60-,000,uncapped.
