**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform general labour tasks including loading and unloading materials
- Assist skilled tradespeople with their duties as required
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working atmosphere
- Operate basic machinery and tools as needed, ensuring proper usage and maintenance
- Report any issues or hazards to the supervisor promptly
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a labouring or construction role is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting as well as independently
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors
- A good level of physical fitness is required due to the nature of the work
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations is preferred
