CORE Talent Solutions is delighted to be exclusively partnering with our growing financial services client as they expand their self-employed Mortgage & Protection capability across Scotland, utilising their established office and administration base in Dundee. Having served the local area for over 20 years, this established brand in the market has a very unique offering, bringing a mix of hands-on support and compliance, offering you the autonomy to build your own business along with the support of local colleagues and advisers.

The company offer one of the most generous packages in the Industry with advisors receiving 80% of all income streams which includes procuration fees, client fees, protection commission, GI commission, Wealth Management referrals and secured loan referrals

A key component of their success over the last 20 years is the high level of administration support to assist with sourcing, processing, pipeline management and reports. All advisors also have access to ongoing training and CPD support.

**Key skills or background required for the Mortgage & Protection Broker**:

- Professional qualifications, completed or in process, are essential (CeMAP or CII)
- Driven individual who values long-term relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong communication skills to build long-lasting client relationships
- A desire to maximise earning potential while still contributing to the working environment of a local Scottish organisation.

**Salary**: £50,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
