A leading residential lettings and property management company with offices located across Gloucestershire.

You will be based in their Gloucester office, the business is rapidly expanding and pride themselves on providing top-quality service to their landlords and tenants. Their growth is steady, and they intend to continue their expansion plans. The salary wouldbe £20,500 which would increase to £21,000 after a successful probationary period, working hours would be 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday. Holiday allowance is 28 days including BH’s + your birthday off

The Essence of the role

Responsible for the release of the protected tenancy deposit as per legislation

Scope of the Deposit Negotiator role
- Negotiate between landlords and tenants for the release of the tenancy deposit
- Maintain relevant systems with updated records and notes
- Remain complaint and aware of lettings and deposit legislation
- Liaise with key stakeholders and organise quotes for any works
- Inspect and cross check inventory and check out reports

Prerequisites
- Be organised and work well under pressure
- Flexible and work well in a team environment
- Excellent time management and able to work to strict deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Be effective at conflict resolution between two parties should it arise
- Resilient and strives to see a task through to completion
- Property experience is not essential but must be willing and eager to learn
