We are looking for an experienced and ambitious **Coach Builder **to join Arriva, based at our **Luton Depot.**

You will be a part of an established team maintaining over 111 buses and coaches, running a modern fleet up to Euro 6 specification including Mercedes and Volvo models. Our Luton Depot operates over 10 bays and houses generous tooling and specialist equipment. We also provide full on-site facilities including Gym, Pool room and a Hot Canteen.

Our Engineering Team is a core function of our business, and each engineer's contribution goes a long way in ensuring all our vehicles operate in safe and roadworthy condition.

**The role will involve**:

- Carry out effective repairs and planned maintenance to all company vehicles ensuring that all repairs are to the DETR guidelines
- Attention to detail
- On completion of repairs to ensure that all company vehicles are on a safe and roadworthy condition for all concerned
- 7.30am - 4pm Monday - Thursday, 7.30am -3pm Friday

**Requirements**:

- Experience with body repair (Heavy Vehicles)
- To possess excellent diagnostic skills
- Familiarity of the D.V.S.A. requirements would be desirable
- Have sound knowledge of PCV/HGV body repair and the relevant qualifications
- Familiarity of the D.V.S.A. requirements would be desirable
- A full UK driving licence (6 points or less)
- Ability to be passed fit for a PCV pre-employment medical
