We offer a full suite of services to our clients including: commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, and upholstery services. We are looking for a Team Leader to join our team and help us grow

The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure that the customers' needs are met in a timely manner. You will be responsible for ensuring that the customers' expectations are met and that the work performed by other team members is carried out in a safe and timely manner. You will also be responsible for the daily operation of the truck and managing deliveries to customer sites. This is an entry level position with room for growth to a Team Leader.

**Essential Functions**
- Ensure that customer expectations are met by following company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Train, manage, and lead team members in their job functions while promoting team productivity.
- Lead by example; be a role model for others by showing courage and leadership when directed to do so, following instructions only when necessary, and not taking shortcuts when it comes to safety issues.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe vehicle environment.
- Communicate with customers in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain equipment in good condition at all times.
- Maintain consistent high standards of appearance and cleanliness while performing duties.
- Comply with safety policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent qualification (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
- Must have at least one year of experience in related field (preferred)
