GXO is on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our busy Whitbread/Costa site in Wellingborough. As a Customer Service Team Leader, you will be integral in leading a team of customer service advisors across the Wellingboroughsite. This will involve providing assistance to the Customer Server Manager by keeping them updated on overall performance.
This role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis. You will work on an any 5 from 7 shift pattern, predominantly either 07:30 to 15:30 or 09:00 to 17:00 though flexibility may be required during peak times.
**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £26,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 30 days holiday pay (inclusive of bank holidays). You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and manyother perks.
**What you’ll do on a typical day**:
- Prepare and plan for team meetings, following up on subsequent actions and putting together team briefs
- Daily communication with team members and Customer Service Manager
- Assist in the recruitment of new Customer Service Advisors
**What you need to succeed at GXO**:
- Change Management experience
- Minimum of 3 years Supervisory/Management experience
- GCSE in Maths and English (or equivalent)
- Excellent customer-service skills
