**Systems Administrator - Permanent - Belfast**
- Full time, 37 hrs per week
- £19,296 per annum
- Immediate Start
- Belfast
**You will provide systems, administrative and customer support within a busy Payroll Department. Duties will include**:
- Monitor a computerised event monitoring system for ticketing devices
- Identify and categorise key system faults
- Record notes and update logs on event monitoring system
- Compile, produce, extract and issue daily, weekly, periodic and annual reports on fault categories, volumes, resolution times, reliability
- Market research
- Monthly audits
- Report software system faults with event monitoring system to supplier and track through to resolution
- Order any necessary cleaning materials, equipment or basic spare parts for first line maintenance team
- Provide customer telephone support
**Criteria**:
- At least one year’s experience in a clerical or administrative role
- Minimum of 3 GCSE’s at Grade C or above or equivalent, including English & Maths
- Strong focus on customer service & delivery of quality service
- Ability to communicate effectively with other staff, customers and third parties
