**Our Company**

We are a successful and expanding recruitment consultancy based in Central Marlow (in our brand-new office) and are seeking intelligent and driven sales individuals to come and share in our success and change their financial reality.

Our team are made up of a diverse set of skills and backgrounds, enabling everyone to offer their own personal and tailored approach to their clients.

You will be introduced to a training programme in your first 4 weeks, with ongoing support throughout your career.

This is a consultative sales role in which you will completely dictate your own income and success.

You will receive a basic salary commensurate with your life and professional experience, plus a competitive commission structure.
