Our client based in Bury St Edmunds is searching for an enthusiastic and energetic Sales and Marketing Executive to join their small and friendly team to build and maintain existing client relationships, drive new and repeat business and source potential leads.This is a very exciting time to join the company as they continue to grow and this position will suit a confident 'people person' who has at least 2 years of previous, relevant sales experience.
Main duties and responsibilities (Including but not limited to):

- To source and drive new business for all potential leads
- To maintain and develop strong relationship with all clients
- To ensure that all existing clients are account managed professionally and up-sold where possible
- To maintain accurate administration for the recording of each transaction in the sales process
- To liaise with the finance administrator, ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of sales orders from proposal to printing or online activation and invoicing
- Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and historic clients in order to build rapport at every opportunity, ensuring up-selling as well as driving repeat business
- Ensure strong diary management to effectively capitalise on key sales times, proactively marketing and meeting with clients over the year
- Build on existing client relationships and find new clients
- Liaison with key stakeholders and prepare reports on sales results quarterly to the director and chairman
- Update data bases of client details and records to ensure effective repeat marketing and sales.
- Update the website and photos, text and case studies as required
- Assist with social media management across all platforms including Facebook & Twitter.
- Assisting the Finance Administrator, as required, in chasing outstanding invoices
Key Skills and attributes:

- Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above and educated to 'A' level standard
- At least 2 years relevant sales experience
- Excellent IT Skills
- Experience with client data systems desirable
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills along with professional telephone manner
- Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
