- _A 36 cover Bistro (open 7 days a week 12pm - 10pm)_
- _30 bedrooms inclusive of 7 suites with room service_
- _Private Dining facilities in various function spaces_
- _Banqueting Pavilion which can cater for up to 150_
- Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the Receptionist’s duties will include: _
- _Check in and out_
- _Answering the telephone and directing calls_
- _Taking reservations_
- _Responding appropriately to guest feedback_
- _Giving, receiving and handover of information_
- _Accurate billing and posting of revenue_
- _Efficient and professional attention to guest & colleague enquiries;_
- The Person: _
- _Presentable, professional and well-spoken_
- _Pro-active and able to use own initiative_
- _Work on your own as well as within a team_
- _Good working knowledge of hotel reservation and rooms management systems_
- _Excellent attention to detail_
- _Excellent customer service with the drive to go the ‘extra mile’ on a guest’s behalf_
- _Able to stay calm under pressure_
- _Good IT skills_
- _Experience in similar hotel reception role and/or luxury environment_
- _Must be available for weekend work throughout the year_

**Salary**: From £19,760.00 per year
