n-compass are looking to recruit X3 Carers Engagement & Support Coordinators working across Bury, Oldham and Rochdale, who will benefit from joining a busy and dynamic team in a truly hybrid working environment. The role is to coordinate the development and strengthening of connections with healthcare professionals to identify and refer unpaid care of all ages within hospitals, healthcare settings, and community and mental health teams and provide these identified carers with the necessary support to manage their caring role effectively, including upon hospital discharge.

**About you**

We are looking for people who are passionate about supporting unpaid Carers to reduce the impacts of their caring role by providing professional and quality support. We are looking for people with; the ability to listen and communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals; experience of sensitively discussing and gathering information from people who want to access support; and the ability to provide individualised 1-1 support to adults. Most importantly, we are looking for people who are highly motivated, hardworking, flexible and who really want to make a difference.
