**Osborne Appointments are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative role on a temp - perm basis. You will be temping with us the agency for a couple of weeks before being offered a permanent position (please note, you will only be offered a permanent position if the client feels you are the correct person for the job).**

You must be able to drive due to the location - MK44.

Your working hours and days will be:
Monday - Friday 8am until 4pm

Starting salary is 22k but this is negotiable (you will be paid hourly whilst temping).

**Main duties of the Warehouse Operative**
- Carrying out daily Forklift truck checks before they are used, feeding back any problems back to Line Management.
- Printing orders and preparing shipping labels
- Picking and packing of orders
- Liaising with customer services on any queries or issues with customer orders
- Loading and unloading distribution vehicles in a safe, presentable manner and, where necessary, highlighting any errors and damages prior to completion.
- Maintaining high standards of Warehouse housekeeping at all times.
- Responsibility for the security of all Warehouses.
- Maintaining high levels of Health and Safety awareness and reporting any areas of concerns to Line Management immediately.
- Assisting with inventory counting when required.
- Replenish stock locations
- Suggesting improvement ideas where appropriate.
- Working as part of a team assisting other team members as required (e.g., supporting Warehouse colleagues with day-to-day tasks).
- Providing cover in colleagues’ absence.
- Ensuring duties are carried out to standard Warehouse operating procedures in line with the Company’s policy in this regard.
- Ensuring the safe handling, storage and repacking of all products in line with Company polices & procedures.

You must be PC Literate and have ATLEAST 2 years Warehouse experience.

If you have a Counter balance and pivot steer FLT licenses then this is a bonus but not essential
