**Job overview**:
NES Community Reception Services are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and committed individual to join their reception team to provide a wide range of administrative and clerical duties.
This post is for a receptionist to work on various reception desks including meeting & greeting patients to the centre and being the main point of call for any building issues.
**The hours are**:
25 hours per week: -Monday - Friday 13:00 - 18:00

**Main duties of the job**:
To work on various reception desks throughout the building and assisting with booking future appointments for patients. The applicant will be working on various clinical systems and that will involve clinical coding
Salary is pro rata based on 37.5hrs

- Minimum 1 year reception experience
- Minimum 1 year office experience
- Good level of general education
- Good written and verbal skills
- Evidence of working in a customer focused environment
- Basic IT skills including Microsoft packages
**Desirable criteria**:
- Worked on a switchboard or answering calls
- Previous NHS background
**Qualifications**:
**Essential criteria**:
- GCSE or equivalent in English & Maths Grade C or above
- IT skills to RSA2, NVQ2 level or equivalent
