Working with an ambitious team, this is an exciting role to deliver leading-edge automation systems. You will ensure appropriate and efficient automated processes are applied in your areas of responsibility, with a focus on pioneering process automation.

Key responsibilities:

- Exploring and implementing new ways to automate systems.
- Designing and testing automation equipment and processes.
- Programming new automated components.
- Building process optimization and automation workflows.
- Building and managing automated CI/CD pipelines for building, testing and deploying your code.
- Identifying quality issues and writing reports.
- Produce clear technical documentation and ensure appropriate and timely knowledge transfer.
- Eliminating defects and errors with product and software development.
- Collaborating with other business units to ensure effective running of the business.

**We are looking for someone who has**:

- Strong understanding and experience in Experience with robotics, AI and machine learning
- Strong understanding of JavaScript and Python with a strong track record of designing, developing, delivering, testing, and deploying automated systems and processes for public use.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform complex system tests
- Experience with project management
- Solid understanding of computer programming and software development
- Proficiency in maintaining automation equipment
- Ability to communicate well with other members of the development team
- Understanding of testing practices in an agile environment
- A passion for automation
- The ability to review and interpret ongoing business requirements and recommend the relevant reporting.
- Proactive approach to problem solving, idea creation and suggesting/driving change.
- Self-motivated individual and can work autonomously.
