Sale Supervisor

**Overview**

**Duties**:

- Supervise daily sales operations, ensuring that all team members meet their sales targets and adhere to company policies.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure optimal product availability.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Implement promotional strategies to boost sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Maintain an organised workspace and ensure compliance with administrative procedures.
- Collaborate with upper management to develop sales strategies that align with company goals.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in sales management or a supervisory role within a retail environment is essential.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent time management skills, enabling effective prioritisation of tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable, facilitating communication with a broader customer base.
- Proficient in administrative tasks related to sales reporting and inventory management.
- A solid understanding of retail operations and customer service principles is crucial.

Pay: £38,700.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
