**Cover Supervisor** **Starting date: January** **Location: Harrow** **Pay £80-£90 a day** We are looking for a vibrant, skilled and ambitious cover supervisors to cover daily and short term needs for a Harrow based secondary school. The positive applicant will have a enthusiasm for education and preferably be looking to teach in the near future. You will be working closely with the senior leadership team and be taking lessons in the absence of teachers **Experience as a cover supervisor (Desired, not essential) Have an interest in the education sector** **Educated to a degree level** **Have an enhanced up to date DBS (Or willing to process one)** **About the school **The schools aim is quite simply "to prepare their students to reach their full potential" they know that they are very effective in doing this because they have students, staff and parents who are totally dedicated to their core values of Brilliance,Admiration, Ambition, Enjoyment and Perseverance. When it comes to academic achievement their goal is nothing short of excellence across all 3 key stages pupils are able to achieve excellent results because they set the highest expectations in learning and behaviour **Role Summary **As a cover supervisor your main purpose is to supervise the silky running of all lessons during the school day, supervising the cover work set by the absent teacher, ensuring the children have the requested resources and knowledge to complete the workset by the teacher. Collecting completed work after lesson and returning it to the appropriate teacher/ department.
